details when no prior documentation is available.

jig grinding, I.D./O.D. cylindrical and centerless grinding, large
surface grinding, wire EDM & water jet cutting process
operations.

Design Services and
Technical Support
 Mechanical details and assemblies are custom designed for proto-type or production
projects in areas of material handling, assembly, testing, inspection and
machining fixtures.
Designs can use manual, pneumatic, hydraulic or electrical activation and/or control. Our focal point is small to medium project sizes. Major emphasis is on workholding, machining
fixtures, material handling, silicon/urethane mold tooling.
ACAD R-13 and ACAD LT98 files are converted to BOBCAD CAM files when intricate
machining shapes are required, particularly for mold and casting tooling.
